2. Petitioner has filed this contempt petition for initiation of contempt proceeding against opposite parties for deliberate and willful violation of order dated 14.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 702 of 2013.

3. Opposite parties were directed to pass a fresh order treating the date of voluntary retirement of petitioner as 30.06.2018 and further to pass order by which period of absence from duty has been regularized as extra ordinary leave taking into account leave due to petitioner.

4. Show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no.1 in which pursuant to direction of this Court dated

Patna High Court MJC No.4070 of 2018 dt.17-04-2019 2/2 14.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 702 of 2013 by Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar has passed the order dated 23.07.2008 (Annexure-A of show cause) by which date of voluntary retirement of petitioner has been accepted as 30.06.2008 and during pendency of this contempt petition they have modified the earlier order and adjusted the period of absence in admissible paid leave by order dated 27.02.2019(Annexure-D of show cause).

5. After going through the show cause filed on behalf of opposite parties in which pursuant to order dated 14.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 702 of 2013 orders dated 23.07.2018 as contained in Annexure-A and order dated 27.12.2019 as contained in Annexure-D have been passed by opposite parties, this court finds that the order passed by the court has been complied, as such, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
