JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground on account of death of his father which has taken place on 1.7.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for appointment on compassionate ground was filed immediately after death of the father of the petitioner, however, the respondent authorities are not taking decision in the matter.

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 is directed to take a decision regarding appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground within a period of eight weeks from today.

The present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
