The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 495,372,120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that the informant got married her sister with Md. Saddam on 15.04.2019 according to Muslim rites and rituals and thereafter she went to Delhi with her husband. It is further stated that when her sister went to Delhi, she informed that her husband having wife and children and this petitioner and other co-accused person on lying, they solemnized her with Md. Saddam.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no direct or indirect allegation against this petitioner. It has been further stated that the allegation against the petitioner as per statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. is not believable. In her statement, she has supported the prosecution case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, petitioner is

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Katihar, in connection with Rautara P.S.
