2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 11.12.2022 at about 6 PM, on the order of this petitioner, co-accused Yogendra Yadav fired on the brother of informant, due to which, brother of informant sustained fire-arm injury on his waist.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that from perusal of F.I.R., it is apparent that at best, petitioner is said to be order-giver. Specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Yogendra Yadav. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - II, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 581 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. No. 2097 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
