1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the respondents may be directed by writ of Mandamus or by any other appropriate writ to make the registration of the plot which is at Bahadurpur, Housing Colony, Patna Plot No. 4 H/17 petitioner, transferred to the petitioner from his late father Ram Lakhan Chaudhary vide permission no. 2207 dated 22.05.2015 but the final registration by the department is yet to be made at the rate applicable for registration for the plot of land in question which is now being demanded from the petitioner at the present registration rate which the Housing Board

Patna High Court CWJC No.23052 of 2018(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 authorities claiming to come to at least Rs.6,00,000/- for the registration which was allotted to the petitioner in 1981 for which the petitioner is not at all responsible."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed partially, however, for redressal of his remaining grievances, he be granted liberty to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
