The petitioner seeks bail in Yodapur P.S. Case No.111 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per allegation, 5 liters of country made liquor were recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. It is urged that the petitioner is in jail custody since 27.10.2019. It is claimed that his antecedent is clean.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78974 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 Excise Act, Gopalganj in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No.111 of 2019 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
