1. The present petition has been filed for removing the encroachment made by way of construction of road beside the land of the petitioner, situated at Mauza-Chandpura, CicleGoraul, District-Vaishali.
2. This Court finds that one Miscellaneous Case No.13 of 2015-16, has been initiated, hence I deem it fit and proper to direct the Collector, Vaishali to conclude the
Patna High Court CWJC No.21894 of 2018(3) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 proceedings of the aforesaid Miscellaneous Case No.13 of 2015-16, in case the same has not yet been concluded, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
