Petitioner in the present case has moved this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to give him protection and not to implicate in false cases. He has tried to impress upon this Court that he was arrested in connection with some criminal

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1745 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 cases in a false name and has been remanded in those cases without there being any material against him. Without going into the merit of the contentions of the petitioner as regards the cases in which he claims to have been falsely implicated, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation before the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai (respondent no.6) with all materials in order to demonstrate that he has been falsely implicated in the case and on such representation being filed by the petitioner within a period of thirty days from today, the respondent no.6 shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and on being satisfied consider taking appropriate steps in the matter within another ninety days.

This writ application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations and directions.
