The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Suppi P.S.Case No.223 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 414, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.. There is recovery of 24.600 ltrs. of nepali sufi liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 22.10.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

No.77090 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Supi P.S.Case No.223 of 2019 .

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
