The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 137 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 18 liters of illicit liquor from the accused persons including the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 22.10.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80431 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with G.O. Case No. 137 of 2019.
