Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Vice Chancellor, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur whereupon the ViceChancellor shall ensure payment of the remaining amount of group insurance.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
