The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2019 arising out of Special Case No. 9304 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 77.760 litres of illicit liquor from a car, which is stated to have been driven by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a fair antecedent except one case in which he has been

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.
