Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Sahebganj, Muzaffarpur by filing a petition within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a petition is filed, the said Circle Officer shall take recourse to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.21548 of 2018(3) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 provisions of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and pass necessary orders in accordance with law, in case the petition is maintainable.
