Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Bhore PS Case No. 206 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the instant case, case diary was called for. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is a lady. Learned APP with reference to the case diary submits that there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the fact that she is a lady, this application is allowed.
In the event of arrest or surrender before the

No.65407 of 2018(4) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 concerned court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate XII, Gopalganj connection with Bhore PS Case No. 206/2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
