The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No.225 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.313 of 2023) registered for the offence punishable under sections 328, 302 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased after having some medicines was feeling unwell and thereafter, she was taken to the Government hospital, there she was treated but subsequently, she died.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2023 having clean antecedent. There is no ante-mortem injury on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4717 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 deceased and the viscera of the deceased has been preserved. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, VI, Buxar / concerned court, in connection with Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 225 of 2023 (Sessions Trial No.313 of 2023).
