Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 256 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A)/41 of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of a Skin touch mobile of Techno INS Company with dual SIM and 259 liters Roayal Stag wine from a pick-up van. It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a driver and not owner of the said vehicle. He was not aware of liquor was kept in vehicle. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 15.09.2018.

Case No. 256 of 2018.
