JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for setting aside the order dated 25.4.2022 passed by Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua passed in Arms License Case No.18 of 2019 through which the said Arms License Case has been dismissed erroneous and illegal under non-compliance of order dated 6.5.2019 passed by Divisional Commissioner Patna passed in Arms Appeal No.174 of 2018."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 25.04.2022, passed by the Collector-cumDistrict Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits by the appellate authority and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
