12191 of 2015 Heard the parties including Shri Raju Giri, learned Advocate for the Bihar State Financial Corporation (for short 'BSFC').

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for BSFC that the unit was sold pursuant to the auction proceedings initiated in the year 2009 and auction sold in 2014. The property

Patna High Court MJC No.4100 of 2018(3) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 has now been registered in favour of the auction purchaser. The auction purchaser has not been made party in the writ petition. This writ petition is very sketchy. Though the writ petition is very sketchy, but considering the submission from the BSFC, this application is dismissed.

As now, the petitioner has no cause of action and he has unnecessarily filed this writ application without mentioning the facts.

It is, accordingly, dismissed with costs.
