The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/120(B)/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute, both the parties are gotias, however he is in custody since 15.11.2018.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation, there being direct allegation against the petitioner of giving repeated knife

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83559 of 2019(3) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 blow in the stomach of the deceased which proved fatal and the husband of the informant died, this court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

The application is, thus, dismissed.

Let the trial be expedited.
