The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.226 of 2019, arising out of Kursakanta P.S. Case No.48 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is that one person was seen carrying a sack on his head and he was apprehended. On search of the sack, 90 bottles, each containing 300 ml. Nepali liquor, were recovered. The apprehended person disclosed his name as Fagu Sada and also disclosed the name of the petitioner and one Sanjeev Kumar.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Second Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Araria, in connection with Special Case No.226 of 2019, arising out of Kursakanta P.S.
