2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 305, 331(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per allegation, on 09.11.2024, when informant return to his home after Chhat Puja, he saw that lock of doors & almirah were broken and golden neckless, tikka, wall clock and sliver anklets worth about Rs. 4,75,000/- & cash about Rs. 2,00,000/- were missing. Thereafter, he saw the CCTV footage, then he came to know that on 07.11.2024 at about 12:48 AM, some miscreants armed with weapons came to her house and

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, he is next door neighbour and it is the reason for his false implication. The seized article are not put on T.I. Parade till date. The petitioner is in custody since 11.11.2024.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Panjwara P.S. Case No. 132 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
