Case No. 378 of 2019, dated 23.07.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired only on the confession of one Rajan Kumar, who has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74847 of 2019.

An amount of Rs. 3,000/- is stated to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which he claims to be his own.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77474 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2019 and does not have criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 378 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
