The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No.74 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 80, 238, 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 3.

The petitioner and others are said to have killed the sister of the informant. He is in custody since 25.08.2025.

The petitioner is the brother-in-law (devar) of the deceased. He is the junior member of the family. Further, there is general and omnibus allegation against him. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83450 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra / concerned Court, in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025.
