2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 361 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 117(2), 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he, along with other accused persons, brutally assaulted the brother and mother of the informant. Subsequently, the injured Mahesh Das died during the course of treatment. The petitioner is in jail since 30.06.2025.

4. The allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature. Sufficient materials have come during the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84137 of 2025(6) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
