Petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No.371 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 20 litres country made liquor has been recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
