2. The present application has been filed for grant of pay scale of Rs.4000-6000/- in place of pay scale of Rs.3050-4500/- to the petitioners from the date of joining
Patna High Court CWJC No.20815 of 2018 dt.08-01-2024 2/3 and consequential arrears of salary.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case is covered by the decisions of this Court passed vide order dated 23.11.2023 in CWJC No.1588 of 2020. Counsel further submits that in the light of the Bihar State Litigation Policy, 2011, the petitioners are supposed to file their representation before the competent authority along with those decisions under which they are interested to get relief.
4. In the light of judgment dated 23.11.2023 passed by this Court in CWJC No.1588 of 2020, this matter is disposed of directing the petitioners to file fresh representation before respondent No.4/the District Magistrate, Mahepura, raising all their grievances along with a copy of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court where similarly situated persons have been granted relief by order of this Hon'ble Court.
5. The District Magistrate, Madhepura (respondent No.4) is directed to pass a reasoned order on the representation filed by the petitioners within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order
