JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State being assisted by the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Maharajganj (G.B. Nagar) P. S. Case No.187 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 308, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioners had appeared before the police pursuant to notice issued under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure and cooperated in course of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67733 of 2018(2) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 investigation and the injuries caused to the injured persons were all found simple in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Siwan in Maharajganj (G.B. Nagar) P. S. Case No.187 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
