This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Mahuwa P.S. Case No.88 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8/20(b)(ii)(b)/23(b)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The recovery is of 1 Kg. of charas from the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2025. He is accused in three more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected for the present.
