2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 241 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the assailant of the victim. He has given a stab wound. He has stabbed the son of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 09.05.2023.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of land dispute, the occurrence has taken place and the petitioner is a poor person, therefore, he may be granted bail.
5. Being poor does not give license to the petitioner to assault his close relative.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
