2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant by means of Khanti.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is case and counter case between the parties. The Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

No.11244 of 2024(4) dt.08-07-2024 2/2 let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Jamaui, in connection with Laxmipur P.S.
