2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 03.07.2024, seeks regular bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 185 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms act.

3. The petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. In the trial out of 12 witnesses, two witnesses have been examined.

4. The learned counsel for the informant has submitted that the prosecution will examine the rest of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87568 of 2024(8) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 witnesses on the date fixed in the trial so that the trial is not delayed.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
