2. The present application has been preferred: with a prayer for Restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 18772 of 2016 which was dismissed on 26.09.2025 for non-compliance of the order dated 19.08.2025 by this Court.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 3 to 6 of the petition, the MJC No. 3901 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
