The petitioner seeks bail in connection with L.M.N.U. P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019, for the offence under sections 328, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Similarly placed co-accused has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 16.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80011 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81969 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Darbhanga, in connection with L.M.N.U.
