2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 113 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one pistol and two cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 25.02.2023.

5. The petitioner is accused in some more cases of similar or serious nature.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2932 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

9. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is delayed because of the non co-operation of the prosecution.
