The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 364 of 2019 dated 20.10.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I. T. Act.
The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 20.10.2019. The accusation against the petitioner is only on the basis of suspicion. He appears to have been arrested along with others while trying to impress upon investors with false assurance of paying them prize money.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the accusation therefore is only on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78554 of 2019(2) dt.03-12-2019 2/2 basis of suspicion and there is no complaint against him by anyone of the villagers or persons who were contacted by him or his associates.
Regard being had to the vague nature of allegation and the petitioner being a person of clean antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Biharsharif, Nalana in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.
