Mr. Kundan Prasad Singh, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No.217 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 409/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a further amount of Rs.17,000/- is yet to be deposited in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is extremely poor person and is facing acute paucity of fund. The petitioner, however, undertakes to pay the same if

In view of the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the undertaking extended by the petitioner, let the petitioner deposit the aforesaid amount within a period of six months from today.

In view of the aforementioned direction, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Mithilesh Kumar, J.M. First Class, Purnea, in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No.217 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
