2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 for the offence alleged under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code which has earlier been dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 19.09.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 38381 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that after a prolonged investigation, charge sheet has been submitted on 10.01.2018. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there are no eye witnesses nor any material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence as well as the petitioner's anticipatory bail petition was earlier dismissed as withdrawn in Cr. Misc. No. 38381

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64963 of 2018 (2) dt.31-10-2018 of 2016, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands rejected.
