2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.08.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 56150 of 2024 but the the prayer for bail is being renewed on the ground of prolonged custody which is for more than nine months. A mobile set is alleged to have been recovered from his possession.

3. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the period of custody, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
