The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.case No.202 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is said to have assaulted by lathi on the back of father of the informant and other persons have assaulted him.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that so far this case is concerned, there appears no intention to kill him. He is in custody for about six months. Charge sheet has already been submitted, having no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.77463 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P.S.case No.202 of 2017. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
