Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in this case but that order was frustrated on account of his arrest in another case. Considering the fact that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in this case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 153/17, arising out of Amnour P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014.
