2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pratapganj P.S.Case No. 186 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 447, 448, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner started indiscriminate firing upon the informant and to save himself he went inside the room. Thereafter the informant took help of the police.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

No one has sustained injury on the alleged occurrence and only one cartridge was recovered from the place of occurrence, which was produced by the informant only with a view to implicate the petitioner due to Mukhiya Election. There is rivalry between the petitioner and the informant. The petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 30.09.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs, 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Pratapganj P.S.Case No. 186 of 2023 (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) N.K/- U T
