The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.O. No.236 of 2019 dated 20.10.2019 corresponding to P.R. No.58 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 . Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 57.370 ltrs. of liquor from the house of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the house is joint house and several persons are residing there. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 20.10.2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with G.O. No.236 of 2019 dated 20.10.2019 corresponding to P.R.No.58 of 2019.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
