2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 111 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 21(c) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 430 pieces of cough syrup (each 100 ml) from a car in which the petitioner and two other accused persons were travelling. On the instance of these accused persons, one Scorpio car was intercepted from which, 800 pieces (100ml each) of cough syrup was also recovered.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2025 and has three criminal antecedents.

5. Considering the huge recovery of cough syrup and also the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected for the present.
