2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(a), 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 75 grams of Ganja was recovered from tea shop of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that contraband has been recovered from the shop of this petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has also got three criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
