The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Aayar P.S. Case No. 04 of 2018 (S.Tr. No. 299 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant who is the daughter-in-law of the deceased has alleged that when her husband gone to field for irrigation, petitioner along with other co-accused armed with lathi and danda came to her house and assaulted his father-inlaw as a result of which he died. There is allegation against petitioner of assaulting the deceased, as such, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70871 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 hereby rejected.
