In view of what has been submitted and considering the materials on record, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Magadh University, Bodhgaya, to examine whether the case of the petitioner is identical to the case of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20573 of 2018(3) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 Arpana Kumari and others Vs. State of Bihar and others (LPA No.1288 of 2018 with its analogous cases), decided by a Division Bench of this Court on 01.11.2018 and decide whether the students of the College, in question, are to be allowed to appear in the ensuing examination.

This writ application is accordingly disposed of in terms of the direction and observation made by this Court in the order dated 02.11.2018, passed in CWJC No. 21272 of 2018(Dr. C.P.Thakur College, Chechaul, Naubatpur Vs. The State of Bihar and others).
