2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341,307,354,504,302 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner assaulted the informant's father-in-law with sword on his head as a result of which he sustained injury on his head and died during treatment.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the fact that there is direct and specific allegation in the FIR against the petitioner of assaulting the deceased on his head by sword causing death during treatment,
