Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were working as MIS Officers under the Pradhan Mantri Awas
Patna High Court CWJC No.20986 of 2018 dt.30-10-2018 Rural Yojna and they have been working for a quite long period i.e. 3-4 years. But a fresh advertisement has been published for appointment of MIS Officers on the same place on contractual basis.
A prayer has been made by the petitioners that they have discharged the duty as MIS Officers so certain benefit of weightage should be granted at the time of selection of contractual appointment on the post of MIS Officers including relaxation of age and for that petitioners have already filed a representation. For convenience, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and he is directed to look into the representation of the petitioners and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of representation. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
