2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Pandarak P. S. Case No. 98 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 303(2), 318(4), 308(2), 352, 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with F.I.R. named accused persons, in the name of providing job to the informant, made him captive, assaulted him, snatched his mobile phone, ATM card, Aadhaar Card. It is further alleged that the accused persons withdrew Rs. 4 lacs from the bank account of informant, took Rs. 25,000/- cash from his pocket and got approved personal loan of Rs. 50,000/- in his name.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83716 of 2025(3) dt.20-02-2026 2/2 during investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Amit Kumar. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and materials that have come during investigation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
