2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 18.10.2024, whereby while granting bail to the petitioners in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.259 of 2023, the petitioners were directed to surrender in the court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Saran within a period of four weeks.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for further four weeks' time to surrender in the court below as the petitioner received information regarding order dated 18.10.2024 too late and he became seriously ill and was admitted in Maa Durga Emergency Hospital, Ara (Bhojpur) and when the petitioner

4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner.

5. The order dated 18.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.69067 of 2024 is modified for this petitioner and the time granted to the petitioner in the said order to surrender in the learned court of J.M. 1st Class, Saran is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

6. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
